After 4 wonderful years of running Baking Lively Bakery from home, I’ve decided it’s time to step back from orders. As much as I’ve loved creating for you all, keeping up with tools, ingredients, and limited space in my small kitchen has been a challenge.
As a single married mom of three, I’ve realized my family needs our home back—our dining room, which became my office, for family dinners, and our kitchen space for growing kids and bigger appetites. Until we have a larger home, I’m pressing pause on taking bakery orders.
We also added a new kid to the family. 🐕 Meet Dexter. Which goes against NC regulations on selling Baked goods from home.
But here’s the exciting part: I’ve partnered with an amazing, hardworking mom to launch Savory Sweet Appetizer Catering! 🎉 We’ll be offering appetizers and desserts for large parties, starting with Football Season and Thanksgiving. We’re officially live and ready to book our very first event!

This page will stay active, but moving forward I’ll be sharing more baking videos and free recipes instead of custom orders. I'll even share my famous Buck-Eye Cookie Recipe 😉
