It is common to see Mill Creek Park deer in our neighborhoods. In previous years there was space between the remaining original vacant homes. All those homes were demolished (claims were that it would cost too much to fix/restore) A beautiful grassy knoll and new trees in front of the small forested area replaced the homes for a few years till “developers” decided to build 5, 2-story buildings. Here is a video of the displaced animals using my backyard as they find wild berries. So, not only did I become a “husky whisperer”, now my property provides a deer refuge 😳 … it’s kinda cool (actually freezing). LOL
