Apparently, if you’re not tapped into Baked Absent Grain, you need to be.

I just wanted a cute little video of my kid eating a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie… instead I got a whole production. Big-back behavior, a full unsolicited ad, a cookie toss that did not go as planned, and genuine devastation when he missed. 😂

But really, this is why I love doing it. Being home, creating something with my own hands, having my kids around while I do it, and then watching them genuinely enjoy what I make — gluten free or not.

Like sir… I wanted a cute memory of you eating the cookie. Not to become my marketing department. 😂🤎🎃

It may still be 90° outside, but mentally I’ve moved on 😂 I’m ready for warm spices, cozy bakes, and anything that makes the kitchen smell like fall.

Doing a meet up at Big Lots tonight and have porch pick up open tonight, tomorrow, and Thursday!

Pumpkin? Apple? Chai? Cinnamon? Maple? Something else entirely? Tell me because I’m taking notes. 😂

I accidentally took almost a whole week off from baking between road trips to get the kids’ friend here from NC, family time, beach days, and movie nights every night. Honestly? It was needed. 🫶🏼

BUT I’m back in the kitchen and apparently my brain has decided it’s fall now. 😂

I’m working on a few fall-inspired things for a mini drop in the next couple days, so if warm spices, brown sugar, cinnamon and cozy flavors are your thing…
