Today is National Almond Day!!! Swap out Almond Butter for Peanut Butter in your cookie recipe !!
1 Cup Almond Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
*mix well, spray cookie sheet. Spoon on cookie sheet. Press gently with a fork to flatten. Bake at 375 degrees F for 5-7 min
