Prepping the pumpkin for our bread and cookies!

Okay, serious question.

Do you like cakey cookies??

These pumpkin spice cookies have FRESH pumpkin in them! This makes them very soft and cake like, but still conveniently shaped like a cookie.

You'll have to come to the Red Lion Farmers Market on Saturday and decide if these are the perfect mix between cake and cookie or not!

It's going to be a fun market day this Saturday 9/19!
