Policy

Payment -

Orders made within 2 weeks from event day, must be paid in full to garante spot into the calendar (Rush fee may be required). Orders made before 2 weeks from event day, must be paid half to hold spot and half 24 hours before event. Cancellation -

Any cancelation done by the Baker for any circumstances must be done within 48 hours or more prior to due date for small orders (0

to 30 people order). Larger orders cancellation by the baker must be done within 7 days or more priordelivery date. When cancelled by the baker a full refund will be provided. Any cancellation from customers, must be done within 48 hours or more prior to delivery date for small order (0 to 30 people order). Larger orders cancellation by customers must be done within 14 or more days prior delivery date for full refund. Any cancellation done outside these policy will be reviewed for extreme cases and refund may or may not be provided. Rentals reservations and cancellation - Rentals of fake cakes, cake standrs and cupcakes standrs or special services offered by Docito. Reserve - To reserve any item you must do it within 2 weeks in advance (before the event) if done in this time you are garante availability after half payment - Request made less then 2 weeks, availability is not garante (must check for it). To reserve any items in less then 2 weeks payment must be made in full. Cancellation - Any cancelation of those items must be done within 10 days before event for full refund, no exceptions. PLEASE NOTICE - Taxes and fees are NOT refundable. Please let us know if any questions. We are glad to hear your feedback and concerns.
