🚨BREAD DEALER OUT OF OFFICE 🚨

The lab is officially shutting down for a little bit.

The Bearded Baker will be out of office until November 5th.

No markets.
No bread drops.
No late-night dough negotiations.

We’re taking a little time away, recharging the batteries, and then we’ll be back in the lab doing what we do best.

So if the sourdough cravings hit while we’re gone… stay strong. 😎

Nothing crazy. No giant market load. Just a small batch of fresh sourdough, stocked and ready for whoever gets there first. 😎 I’m talking bout English muffins right out the oven fresh!

600 FOLLOWERS. 600 STRONG. 😎🔥

What started as a little family business making sourdough has turned into something we never could have imagined.

From late nights in the lab sitting by the oven and questioning everything, to early mornings at the markets, from our first loaves to the Interstate Bread Tour, y’all have been showing up, spreading the word, and keeping the ovens HOT!

And we couldn’t be more grateful.

Every loaf purchased, every post shared, every friend tagged, and every familiar face that stops by our table means the world to us.

We’re just a small family business with a big beard, a whole lot of flour, and a passion for making some damn good bread.

600 of you decided to come along for the ride, and we appreciate every single one of you!
