Man… where do I even start.

Another market day, another sellout. Every week y’all continue to show up, support local businesses, and remind me why I started this crazy journey in the first place.

What began with a starter and a quiet dream has turned into something bigger than I ever imagined. Seeing familiar faces come back week after week, meeting new customers, hearing people talk about their favorite loaves, and watching folks line up before the market even opens is honestly humbling.

To everyone who bought a loaf, grabbed a cookie, tried a bagel, shared a post, told a friend, or simply stopped by to say hello…thank you. None of this happens without you.

The Bearded Baker isn’t just me anymore. It’s become a community of people who believe in supporting local, sharing good food, and helping small dreams grow into something real.

We’ll be back next week with fresh bread, fresh ideas, and maybe a few surprises from the laboratory. 👀

Little throwback to last weekend with The Cozy Swirl at last weekends market….Man… where do I even start.

Every single week y’all continue to show up for The Dam Market and support local businesses in a HUGE way. Seriously. It means more than you know.

Watching people line up before opening, seeing familiar faces come back week after week, hearing people talk about what loaf they’re coming for next… it’s honestly surreal sometimes.

And I gotta give a massive shoutout to The Dam Market itself for building something special for local vendors, creators, bakers, artists, and small businesses. What started as a market has really turned into a community. 💪

Also make sure y’all show some love to the new vendor joining this weekend, The Cheesecake Chick making their first appearance at the dam market! 👏so let’s make sure they feel welcome the same way y’all welcomed me.

Because truthfully…

This whole thing started with a starter and a quiet dream.

I never expected The Bearded Baker to grow the way it has. Never expected people to sell me out in 45 minutes. Never expected messages asking to preorder bread. Never expected people to connect with the brand the way they have.

But here we are.

And I’m thankful every single day for the support y’all continue to show this little bread operation.

The Bread Lab was working overtime today.

Creamy artichoke.
Spinach.
Melty cheese.
That signature Bearded Baker crust.

Honestly?
This thing smells absolutely ridiculous coming outta the oven. 😂🍞

Now the real question is…

The Bake is complete.

After a full night inside the Bread Lab…
the racks are full,
the bags are packed,
and the cookie division is awaiting final frosting deployment. 🍞🔥🍪

Tonight’s haul included:

And honestly?

The pretzel loafs came out looking legendary.
The blueberry loaves look like stained glass windows made of fruit.
And those frosted maple cookies?
Straight-up bakery boss battle loot. 😂

Current baker status:

* running on fumes
* covered in flour
* mentally somewhere between exhausted and victorious

But the mission is complete.
