Bagel Dons Bagel Dons, is a small locally owned bagel shop located in Yankton, South Dakota next to Riverside Park. All our bagels and cream cheeses are made in house.

A few big announcements coming this week, and the next week. Espresso☕️ is our special bagel flavor of the week May 27th-31st. With two new cream cheeses, Cookies and Cream and a Espresso chip!
Bagel Dogz will be this upcoming weekend Sat & Sun May 30, 31st!
A while back when we announced our flavors for upcoming months some of you may have noticed we will be closed the full first week of June. We will be taking a small vacation to celebrate one of the owners Birthdays, and work on a few important things before summer hits in full!

It is the week of May 20th-24th. We are excited to announce this weeks bagel, one of our most requested.
Multigrain (protein) bagels! Featuring our NEW homemade protein top seasoning!
These bagel are made with a special a mixture of our usual King Arthur's High Gluten Flour, in addition to Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Flour, Whole Grain cereal, salt, brown sugar, Red Star Yeast, and water. Then we sprinkle our handrolled bagels with our special in-house Protein top seasoning. That includes Old Fashioned oats, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, black & white sesame seeds, and a tiny bit of kosher salt.
We will be offering (lowfat)cottage cheese, (lowfat)cottage cheese spread, and a (nonfat) Greek yogurt spread this week as a alternative to the weekly cream cheese flavor. (We will still have our regular cream cheeses available too)

We will be switching it up this week, featuring a few sweet and savory protein bagel specials. Details to come shortly, make sure to stay tuned!🥯 🫐🍏🥒🍅
