Our business started with a salami recipe that was made by Tracy's Dad for holidays and special occasions. Over the years, Tracy modified and improved the recipe to what is now known as our "Original" salami. Since that time, he has developed 3 additional recipes, each with a unique combination of ingredients, many of them local. With the development of these recipes, we have decided it is time to share what we have.

It's happening! Polo is in the air, and the weather has been phenomenal. Make this your weekend to finally do something different.
Apple City Salami will be there both days, and with an added treat. We will have charcuterie cups on Saturday, so that you can lounge and casually work your way through a cup of Apple City Salami goodness, while experiencing the excitement, of the 5th annual Polo tournament fundraiser, Polo for Pegasus.
