On the sourdough menu for today, I prepared 2 batches of bread dough, infusing with fresh heads of oven roasted garlic drizzled with olive oil & my own freshly harvested rosemary plant leaves! One of which a client purchased ($14), and the one for our home!
Plain loaves are $10. Infused loaves are $14. Why the higher price? It’s because of the cost of the ingredients and extra time to prep them.
But, it’s very worth it! When you place an order it’s baked the day you pick it up! It’s all organic!

BazFarm Bakery is prepping fresh picked rosemary leaves & roasting 2 heads of garlic drizzled with olive oil, for 2 loaves of sourdough bread that will be baked tomorrow after cold-proofing overnight in the fridge!

BazFarm Bakery is baking 6 loaves of sourdough bread today!! 😱 A record amount for one day!!
5 couples in our church small group are purchasing sourdough bread loaves tomorrow for our monthly dinner get together tomorrow at 1:00 in Vandalia.
The first one was baked by 9:15 this morning for my wife Jill to take to her “First Fruits” women’s prayer group!

So, on the BazFarm today, the Bakery division was in high gear today mixing up 6 full batches of organic sourdough for baking on Saturday. It’s going to be a full day of baking bread! The Nutrimill Artiste mixer easily handled nearly 8 pounds (4 batches) at one time! I’m very impressed! For mixing dough, the Nutrimill Artiste blows away a Kitchen Aid mixer; more torque!!
