Sculpted buttercream is my new favorite thing! Buttercream is built up on a palette knife and applied to the cake to create beautiful, dimensional effects. Decorators are doing amazing things with it; this is just my own small venture into this technique. Hoping for many more opportunities to build this skill!

-Soft gingerbread with royal icing. Gingerbread men and houses, gumdrops, candy canes,and whimsical trees. Assorted pink, green, teal, purple and orange. It’s Christmas in a cookie!

-Peppermint sandwich cookies. Sugar cookies filled with chocolate peppermint ganache, dipped in chocolate and topped with peppermint sprinkles. Just the right amount of decadent.
