Ok ok. I hear y’all!

After lots of requests to open orders now, I’ve decided to launch our pre-sales for the Thanksgiving co**ha bite platters.

All of you who like to plan ahead will be happy. Last minute Linda’s it’s time to order now before we sell out.

I’m only baking a certain amount of platters, because these hands as magical as they might be… they do have a limit 😂😂.

Our tiny Marranito and Conchita cutters are back in stock.

The Talavera stencil is available as a combo purchase with a cutter or as the digital STL file to 3D print yourself.

Shipping them individually is expensive. If you are ok paying the shipping fee of $5.60 then I’m happy to send it out just contact me. This is shipping with tracking which is why is so high. I am not comfortable shipping without the tracking. It protects both me and the buyer.

We will be doing a co**ha bite platter pick up in November for your holiday gathering, and in December. Our co**has will remain soft and fresh for several days in the covered platters, so you can order ahead if need be. Conchitas cans have lasted up to 2 weeks sealed.

to order please submit an order request form, on the site you will find our menus, prices, and any order minimum requirements. If you're needing any customization you can include that in the request. We will respond with a quote and send an invoice once it's final. Invoices must be paid at the time of ordering to secure your order.

The cutest little conchitas!!

Our conchitas cans are the perfect snack, party favor, gift, and etc.

Each can contains a mix of our tiny conchitas, sprinkle cookies, and marranitos.
We can customize the colors to match your party decor. Labels can be customized as well.

Where can you get your own can?

Pick up from one of our co**ha drops - link in bio for our hotplate site. We sell out quickly so log in early to snag yours. Sign up for text reminders to avoid missing out.

Grab some at a pop-up or farmers market - we will post event updates here.

We have some new followers so I wanted to post about ordering and how we operate here.

Being a small home based bakery that isn’t open everyday we operate differently. Here is the breakdown.

We have weekly drops on our hotplate site. That is where you can pre-order your favorites individually. Hotplate.com/almasconcheria

Otherwise orders outside of these drops do have an order minimum requirement. Orders can be submitted via the order request form, fill it out with as much detail and we will get back to you with a quote and invoice once order is finalized. https://almasconcheria.square.site/order-request

Because I don’t bake daily the minimum order requirement is in place to help reduce ingredient and product waste.

My availability calendar is updated regularly and that can be found on the same page as the order request form.

I am currently booking for November, if you’re planning for an event and you’d like to serve our co**has I suggest finalizing your order soon. November and December tend to book up quickly with holiday orders.

Pick up is in Wylie the Bozman Farms Neighborhood. We aren’t set up for delivery or shipping at this time.
