Naked Baked by Lovie was inspired 17 years ago when my oldest was diagnosed with Celiac disease and had to immediately avoid all gluten. In the last few years I have had to go gluten free due to stomach issues. My daughter also went dairy and egg free while nursing my granddaughter (who made me a Lovie!) who has food allergies requiring an epi pen. Another son is vegan. During these last couple of

years of diet changes, I started experimenting with baking naked (allergen friendly). My number one goal has always been inclusion without sacrificing flavor. With each holiday, special occasion, or just because, I always want my family and guests to feel like they get a treat regardless of diet preference, allergies, or diseases. With lots of push from my allergen friends and family, Naked Baked by Lovie was born. My years of experience with baking for people with allergies and diseases makes my knowledge vast to keep you safe from your food avoidance without sacrificing taste.
