You think it's simple — eggs, cheese, your choice of meat. Then you realize "simple" just means zero room to hide if you half-ass it.

If I could go back and tell myself one thing, it'd be this: the open-faced stuff, the cream cheese and onion and tomato and pickle situation you're looking at right now? That takes more care than the fancy menu items, not less.

Grab one before 2 PM, and maybe a Snickerdoodle Latte while you're at it. Afternoon you deserves better than gas station coffee. ☕

Because here's the thing — prep time isn't really the number that matters. What matters is that BagelBot already had your order halfway to the kitchen before your alarm went off, and we've been up since 4 AM building black beans and pepper jack into something toothpick-worthy.

Skip a properly wrapped, fresh-made wrap and you get a lap full of seasoned chicken, cheese, and rice instead of lunch — chain shops reheating from a centralized kitchen can't control for that the way we can when we're making it to order.
