This was a first for me and so glad I took it.

The cake is a delicious gluten free/dairy free filled with and topped with a creamy dairy free whipped plant based buttercream. I was a bit skeptical as I have never done something like this and haven't worked with any of the ingredients I used for it but thrilled to report the cake came came out thick and fluffy and the frosting was actually really tasty and stable.

Congratulations on your baby girl blessing.

His cake was all vanilla with a vanilla buttercream and colored with better for you fruit and veggie peels color powders.

Cupcakes were vanilla and double chocolate with vanilla buttercream frosting. 😋
