Another sleepless night so I figured I would have fun and make cookies!! or so I thought and now I am pretty sure I committed a crime in the bakers world 🫣

I was whipping up my butter, then went to grab my sugar and guys...... the container was empty 🫪😱

How in the world did I let this happen?? 🤔

I went to the pantry thinking I have to have more and nope, just bags of regular flour, almond flour and gluten free flour, light and dark brown sugar, powdered sugar but no regular sugar 🥹 so no cookies and I am going to go try sleep now. 🥴

Just a little fun life update so my post gets seen...

This last week I got to introduce my grandson to the world of baking. We had so much fun and many laughs.

He is so smart and curious about everything and just lights up with how it all works, still working on him not wanting to actually try anything but we will get there. ✨️ 🩵 🌞

Oopsie cupcakes....
I was experimenting with new flavors and made some mistakes with these but don't have the heart to toss them out as they still deserve love lol

I overfilled the liners, then overbaked a little (so kind of eh...how do I say it... 🙊😬🥹 cough....dry in my opinion) then.....put too much filling inside (depending who you ask) but decided to finish them off anyways.

Just asking to pay what you can and pick up today.

Vanilla bean espresso cupcakes filled with a caramel latte cream frosting, topped with vanilla buttercream, caramel drizzle and some fun little espresso chocolates to look like a coffee beans!!!

🧜‍♀️ chocolate cupcakes with a french vanilla buttercream and all chocolate pieces made and paited. Included was a PYO shark cookie 🦈

#1 cake was for a super sweet boy who turned 1 yesterday and approved his cake!!
-triple cake cake.

I keep forgetting to post all the things I have been working on 🤦‍♀️
Here is the fun Graduation cake and treats I made this past weekend for a very special daughter from another mother and father lol!!!

-Cake is 6 layer- bottom is double chocolate and top is vanilla.
-Cupcakes- chocolate and vanilla woth buttercream
-Decorated sugar cookies
-Gooey chocolate chip cookies

Had so much fun with this order, it took a couple days and many hours but had the help of my husband and youngest daughter which was not only a lot of fun but made it all worth it!!
