And now for the big announcement that everyone has been waiting for.
We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Pam and Bob Barber. We are the new owners of Mama Rita's Pizza and Bakery. We reside in Knox Dale and have lived here and Summerville our whole lives so many of you already know us and we can't wait to meet those that don't. Pam has over 35 years in the food industry and will be running the day to day operations with Bob helping as he can. Days and times will remain the same for the time being as will the menu. We have lots of exciting things to come down the road as we get things figured out. The staff will stay the same which we are very thankful for (they are the backbone for us)and a few new faces including ourselves. Todd and Rita will be around for a little while helping us get going. We would like to thank Todd and Rita for the work they have put into the shop and for hanging on through this whole process (it definitely had all of us questioning life decisions but we made it). We will be open this weekend Friday 3-8, Saturday 3-8 and Sunday 3-7. Can't wait to see you there. We would also like to thank all who have and hopefully continue to support the shop. Thanks to everyone in advance. Please like and share so we can get the word out.
