Cakes with a Conscience ® is a woman-owned baker currently located in Worcester, MA. We specialize in organic, small-batch, from-scratch cakes, tarts and elegant bars. We use organic, fair trade, and preservative-free ingredients. Many of our customized products can be shipped. Since we opened in 2012, we have been a for-benefit company and donate a portion of our profits to domestic and internati

onal organizations that fight gender violence--particularly those that support education for women and girls, and the LGBT community.

Facebook just let me know that Cakes is celebrating its 12th anniversary! Wow! As you know, I’ve not been taking orders since we moved (Worcester doesn’t license home kitchens), so I’ll be closing down my FB page in the coming weeks. Thank you everyone for your support and patronage these past 12 (?!?) years. I couldn’t have done it without you.
