One thing I’ve learned as a small business owner is that you never stop putting yourself out there.

Every new item, every new recipe, every order comes with a little uncertainty. You hope people enjoy it, but until they take that first bite, you never really know.

This was my first time making pavlova for a customer order. Seeing this feedback reminded me that sometimes the things that make us nervous are the very things worth trying.

This was for a tea party and I am so grateful she trusted me with her event!

Crispy, creamy, fruity, and just the right amount of messy. These mini pavlovas are layered with fresh vanilla whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and a little powdered sugar magic. ❤️

First time making pavlovas and I completely understand the obsession now ☁️

This test batch came out perfect!

Crispy shell, marshmallow center, and once cooled, they get finished with fresh whipped cream and fruit.

When I say this may be the best tiramisu you will ever have…I am not kidding!

Light, creamy, and rich without being too sweet — made with a whipped cream mascarpone cheese, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and finished with cocoa powder. I use rum extract but can also do a “grownup” version with real rum or kahlua! 😋
