🙌🏻 LIFE UPDATE FROM KYLEE 🙌🏻
Praise God! My latest scans came back clear and I’m officially “under surveillance” with my cancer team. I wanted to tell you thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers. I’ve had a lot of people ask me what’s next. At this time, I have no intention of returning to baking to the same extent I was. I’m trying very hard to be intentional with my time, and that means I’m spending what I have with my family and friends. I imagine it won’t take long before I want to start baking regularly again, but I don’t know exactly when. Thanks for understanding. ❤️ -Kylee

🙌🏻Life Update from Kylee🙌🏻
I’m 1/3 of the way through my cancer treatments, praise the lord! Aside from a couple of things for my family and friends, I have still not felt well enough to bake.

My family has been so blessed through this season by the body of Christ. One of those ways is by getting my great friend, Raquel Razien’s delicious sourdough sandwich bread. I know that I have many customers that are missing the treat that is affordable, healthy bread and I would encourage you to check out Raquel’s page and watch for her bread drops. This sandwich bread is soft, slightly sweet, and perfectly delicious. And my kids prefer this soft bread to my traditional crispy sourdough. You have to keep an eye on her page, because it sells out fast!

Thank you all for your prayers and support in this season! I’m eternally grateful. 🙏

You may have noticed my absence here lately. If your Christmas bread plans have changed because of my being gone, I apologize. I recently received a cancer diagnosis and have not been working. Due to the treatment schedule, I won’t be baking for the next 10 ish weeks. Something about getting a serious diagnosis will really make you check your priorities, and to be completely honest this was something that was really easy to take off my plate. When I get well and if I return, I hope you’re still here. My goal here was to give God 100% of the glory, all of the time. I feel that it was accomplished. My hope for you is that you try something new — and good, bad, or… with unexpected life events, you will give God the glory. Merry Christmas!

GIFT SETS OF MACARONS - set of 6 for $15. PM to order. Flavors include: White chocolate cranberry, chocolate hazelnut, and cinnamon roll. Because I have limited quantities of these please let me know if you’d like a set soon because I don’t think I will make more. I will deliver on Wednesday to a Woodward school with your teachers name on it for free.

ETA: each set will include 2 cranberry white chocolate, 2 chocolate hazelnut, and 2 cinnamon roll macarons.

I made 360 macaron shells this afternoon! That’s the most I’ve made in one sitting! I’m going to be announcing a Christmas Macaron box sold in sets of 6/$15 tomorrow. Can you guess the three flavors? It’s just going to be a FCFS drop so if you want one, try to watch for my post tomorrow. Merry Christmas season!!

Jacob (my husband) saw me this morning with my hat on and said “uh oh” because he knows when I have my hat on, I mean business. 😂 I’ve been working my tail off to get bread and sweets made. I’ve been very grateful because despite this being super hard work, my house being a disaster from my kids running wild, and my body hurting from standing — wait, where was I? Oh right, I’m so grateful because I’ve gotten to spend time with my mom and work side by side with her. It’s been wonderful. Togetherness is really what thanksgiving is all about, so I hope you’re going to enjoy some time together with those you love. Thanks for trusting me with your baking needs!
