A very Merry Christmas was celebrated with my favorite people last night. It is always fun to see who ends up with what fun present when the dice is rolled! We had such a good time and eventually everyone ended up with something they liked, hopefully. 😅🎄💕🥰 The best part was that everone was able to come this year!Being together is what Christmas is all about.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Being still has never been easy for me.
Being active and getting things done comes easier.

When a friend recommended this journal to me, I ordered it immediately. I am so thankful that it arrived on my quiet weekend.

Taking time to journal has proven to be one of the most rewarding acts of self care I enjoy regularly. Writing my thoughts on paper helps me sort them out and becomes a calming and restful experience. I have journals all over my house in places where I sit and sip my coffee or tea and sometimes a glass of wine. I was not sure what to expect from this new one, but I committed myself to get into it this morning and I am so glad I did. I love how beautifully it goes with my favorite Bible. It is the same size and the solid color contrasts with the blue and white floral cover of the Bible I use the most.

I am looking forward to enjoying this new journal as a guide through the palms. Today I completed the first entry, which is Psalm 25. I will probably not go in order but allow myself to skip to the prompts that speak to me where I’m at whenever I decide to use it.

Journaling is usually a practice that is personal and for me to read back to myself. This new journal is more like a prayer where I am writing my thoughts to God. Love it so much already, so I’m sharing this with you. Cheers! 💐
