🌸 Meet My Sweet Ellie Bellie 🌸
This is my granddaughter Ellie. She’ll be turning 3 in November, and if you can’t tell from her smile, she’s full of joy and personality. 💕
A few months ago, we noticed she was having tummy troubles. After some trial and error, we discovered that gluten was the culprit. As a grandma (and a baker), I knew I wanted her to have the same happy eating experiences as everyone else , with food that is safe, wholesome, and delicious.
There are plenty of gluten-free products on shelves, but our family has been on a mission these past few years to cut back on processed foods and really know what’s in the meals we eat. That inspired me to create something special for Ellie… and soon, I’d love to share it with you.

🌿 Hand-blended gluten-friendly seasonings (taco, fajita, chili, and more!)
I did a lot of research to find the perfect gluten free sourdough starter and I mixed and packaged these products to make it easier for Ellie’s mom to cook meals that are safe, flavorful, and familiar. And as you can see in the pictures, Ellie approves 😊 nothing makes me happier than seeing her enjoy bread that loves her back.

While gluten-friendly may be acceptable for those with mild sensitivities, it is not safe for people with Celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance.
