Everyone knows Sissy’s Cookies for custom cookies and decorated sugar cookies… but I have a little secret. 🤫

🎂 My Mini Cakes are BACK! 🎂

These handheld desserts were such a hit that I’m bringing them to the Bourbon, Brew, BBQ & Blues Festival in Ridgefield on June 20th!

Think layers of cake, creamy frosting, fun flavors, and just enough sweetness to enjoy while you’re walking around listening to live music, checking out vendors, and enjoying the festival.

Current flavors may or may not include:

🎄✨ Christmas in May? Don’t mind if we do! ✨🎄

This custom order called for one of my favorite seasonal flavors a little early this year—Ginger Doodle! 🤎

Normally this flavor only makes an appearance around Christmas, paired with adorable gingerbread men, but these little guys got a springtime invitation and I was happy to oblige! Fresh baked, perfectly spiced, and packaged up ready to make someone’s day a little sweeter.

One of the things I love most about custom orders is that there are no rules. If your favorite flavor is a Christmas flavor, why wait until December? 😁

These Ginger Doodle cookies are soft, cozy, cinnamon-spiced perfection and they smell every bit as amazing as you’d imagine.

People often see the finished cookies, but they don’t always see what happens behind the scenes.

This week meant making 500 cookies. That’s 34 batches of dough, countless hours of mixing, rolling, baking, cooling, decorating, and then packaging every single cookie.

For one person, packaging alone would have taken about 10 hours. Thankfully, I had some amazing help, which cut that down to about 5 hours and probably saved my sanity too. ❤️

Running a small business means wearing all the hats, and sometimes the workload can feel overwhelming. But moments like this remind me how grateful I am for the people who support Sissy’s Cookies, whether that’s helping package cookies, placing orders, attending classes, or cheering me on from the sidelines.

Every cookie that leaves my kitchen represents a whole lot of hard work, late nights, and love. Thank you for supporting this dream of mine. It truly takes a village, and I’m so thankful for mine. 🍪💕
