Matt and Squish were at the Fisher Scones Wagon bright and early this morning to grab a few dozens Raspberry Fair Scones to test this idea!

Originally we were going to use the fisherscones box mix to create a scone crumble on top (still might), but Dan’s comment had us dreaming of a chunky scone batter.

So here we are… with 4 dozen scones and some ideas, feel free to chime in on your ideal Fair Scone Cheesecake!

If it works out, it will hit store shelves Friday!
