As a small business baking up cakes and sweet treats, I know how tough it can be out there — which is why I’m always hyped to shout out other amazing local bakers!

So I’m sending a huge shoutout to Galaxy Macarons for having the BEST Mac’s in Brevard! For the almost 2 years I was away, I’d comment on almost all her posts asking if she’d ship me some because they’re THAT good and now that I’m back… Well.. I’m on my 2nd dozen in less than a week. 🫣

Her flavors are out of this world (The Carmel apple are to die for - Pictured). If you haven’t had a chance to try them yet, you’re seriously missing out.
