Liberty Bagel Cafe Liberty Bagel Cafe is a family owned and operated bagel shop in the heart of Fords, NJ. We also offer catering and gift baskets.

Our motto is, "More than Just Bagels" because we offer a wide menu that includes everything from store made cookies and pastries to sandwiches and wraps to hot entrees. Our bagels are kettle-cooked the old fashioned way and all of our baking and cooking is done on the premises.

They need to sell to people who know how to run a store. This kid is a manipulator and a liar. He does not have good intentions for this bagel place. Sell it move or step it up. The bagels are not hbd same ok ... also very dirty

Best GOSH DARN BAGELS IN THE WORLD. For years now, I come back to old Jersey from Maine. Stay with my High School best BEST friend Jerry Beni Sr. & family of Ideal Garage up the road in Fords. Yeah Jerry photo bomb Joe and I lol . Here is my Bagel Joe with always a big grin smile when he sees me. Always asks, HOW LONG YOU HERE FOR. Bless Joe and all his staff. Awesome people. ALWAYS ALWAYS , has me 4 dozen Bagels fresh for my trip back home to Maine just before I leave. BEST BEST bagels ever. I share them with family and friends here in Maine and they all agree with me. We just cant get a good Bagel here in Maine , just not the same. Love ya guys , you all offer great service , I only come here for my bagels . Joe you are no doubt the GREATEST. Bless you all again & Thank you ever so much !

I asked for the hash browns well done, this looks and tastes barely cooked. Have the people taking orders actually listen. May be cheap but so is the food. The cook is nice and the owner but the women not so much.
