Know I've been a little MIA lately. Life has been exhaustingly busy! However I've finally has some time to get back in the kitchen and trying out a different flour blend. I will post results later.
I can tell you the fried chicken I made earlier was amazing and much crisper!

Today started up a new project!
Biscuits! Most gluten free biscuits that we've had were dry or flat and overly wet inside.
Drop biscuits have usually been a success but they just don't do as well with gravy or some jelly.

First run we had about the three different results which was planned. Consistent results and we'll have one more product that we will be able to offer.
