You know I can’t resist a fun baking request… 🫐🍋

A friend asked me to make a blueberry lemon cream cheese sourdough loaf and, well… challenge accepted. 💛

Fresh blueberries, zesty lemon, and a swirl of sweet cream cheese all wrapped up in my soft, tangy sourdough — and let me tell you, my kitchen smelled like pure heaven 😍

Today’s mission: find the PERFECT red velvet cookie. And let me tell you… my kitchen smells amazing right now!

I’ve been testing batch after batch — some stuffed, some loaded with chocolate, and even one with a secret crunch (👀). Red velvet is tricky because it’s all about that rich cocoa flavor, a soft chewy texture, and just the right touch of sweetness.

Of course, the best part of recipe testing? TASTE TESTING. 🙌
