Did you know…

I use 💚 glaze 💚 instead of Royal icing!?

There are a few reasons behind this including no raw eggs or products in my cookies (I initially did this for a customer’s sensitivities I was working around and loved the taste of it). Additionally, cottage laws prohibit raw products or meringue powder in cookie icing so I initially needed to work around this!

Glaze has a softer bite and better taste (IMO) but does handle differently than Royal icing.

Have you tried or noticed a difference in glaze vs RI?

I have had a request for a cookie class! 🍪 This will be a basic decorating class.

I need 4 or 5 people to make up a class!

Would anyone be interested in a spring break class on Friday, March 18 OR an Easter themed class on Saturday, April 2?
