After that: we are offically indoors for the Stevens Point Area Winter Farmers Market

The Peplinski Family 🥰

Mama Pep's Bakery is small family run business looking to expand in the near future😊

I (Ruth Peplinski) am the baker and run the operation of my day to day schedule for baking for the Stevens Point Summer Farmers Market 🥰
I am truly passionate about what I do and continue to learn and expand my skills through the teaches of my mentor David from Bakery by the Lake


My husband (Ben Peplinski) gives the greatest support by taking over the role of watching the kids and taking care of our household & endless projects so I can bring in our extra form of income. On days where I need extra help; he will package, label, clean, and do his best to not consume all the delicious baked goods. He is my biggest supporter and without him I wouldnt be where I am in my business. You will ocassionally see this red headed bearded marine at the market so make sure to say hi 😊

My son has started weekly helping by being my bakery assistant (and hes not even 4 yet!) He likes to help measure ingredients, a master at cracking eggs, watching my mixer, clean up, shape breads, melt chocolate, fill pastries... he truly is trying so hard to learn and gets so bummed on days when he isnt able to help me even for a little bit. If youve purchased on of my breads recently that had the slightest odd shape; just know it he made it with the uttmost love and excitement to make baked goods for you. He also has become very determined to watching cooking shows with me since I do watch those alot. I am so thankful he is my son. The coolest kid I know 🥰

My daughter just turned one years old and doesnt do much in the aspect of helping, but she is so cute to have walk into my little bake area. She is obsessed with standing next to my big dough mixer when it runs and listening to it move (shes safe guys I promise). We recently had to move up and away where I keep my baked as they cool because on bake days this little gremlin was grabbing and running (more like hobbling) away with it in her hand. I know so many of you feel like it was just yesterday I was doing the markets while pregnant! This munchkin is food obsessed and makes this mamas little baking heart beam with love and adoration. 🥰

So we are offically in the process of practicing and testing Macarons for the holiday season 🦃🎄

David from Bakery by the Lake is doing his best to show me new things when he cans! Thank you all for being patient as my skills slowly expand to more involved things 🥰
