Barbarian Barbeque

Our traditional northern barbeque spread includes an array of smoked meats that will create a feast fit for a King. We slow smoke all our foods with native Maine hardwoods for that exceptional smokey flavor that makes your mouth water. Our Pork Ribs are undeniably delicious, but our other specialties like chicken, beef brisket and smoked bologna are crowd pleasers too. We can handle it all -- from the meaty main courses -- to side dishes like cole slaw, salads, bean-hole baked beans (our own secret recipe), and assorted homemade breads like Jalepeno Cornbread or Anadama. You want dessert, we've got it! We can even customize the menu based on your requests. Just ask! Weddings, reunions, company parties, retirement and birthday parties... from 20 people to 500, a barbarian barbeque brings it all to the table. We can do everything from start to finish, or you can host your event with the barbequed food we supply. Either way, Barbarian barbeque won't disappoint. We take pride in our work, and the finished product we serve up is without question the best around... I suppose that's why we don't call it work. For us, it's just plain fun
