Ciao Dolce Familia.
The beauty of the Italian language is it can help make a little disheartening news sound more palatable. After more than 20 years of Dolce Pizzelles,
I find it's time hang up my apron and say: “Ciao & Goodbye to Dolce Pizzelles.”
It is with a mixture of gratitude and sadness that I am writing to inform you that my time with Dolce Pizzelles has come to an end . I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincerest appreciation for the trust you have placed in me over the years as you chose Dolce gift treats for friends and family and the valuable relationship we have built over the years.
I thought long and hard this past year, And the timing seems right, to close up shop with Dolce Pizzelles, and give my Palmer Pizzelle Iron a rest.
Through many years of ups and downs, with the help and support of family, my husband , children and grandchildren, my sister & my mother , by my side & then came the death of my husband, after that also Covid hit us , but in all ,what a blessed journey its been .
I look over the past years , I have fond memories of the best of times. Starting 2005 at the Treasure Island Flea market behind the Wintersville Reisbecks, to Christmas in Zoar, to Wednesdays in Wintersville, multiple vendor events and weddings, Farmers markets and Wine fairs, and so on, I count it all joy!
It has been an incredible privilege to serve you and witness the growth and success and friendship we have achieved together. Your support has been instrumental in my accomplishments in my small home based business. I am truly grateful for the opportunity and experience to have served such loyal customer fan base like yourselves.
But, I feel now is the right time, and I heard retirement can be Sweet.
If our paths cross , don’t forget to say Ciao Dolce!
Love you all & thanks for the memories and a Dolce time!
