Founder and Pastry Chef Mona Flood graduated culinary school in 2009 and immediately started working towards her career as a Pastry Chef. After working in the industry for 7 years, she decided to combine her love of hospitality and her culinary experience into founding Merci Bakery in 2015. Credentials:
