I am lawfully permitted in the state of Florida to make my cakes in my unlicensed home kitchen. I am not required to be lic

ensed or to have a permit from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services , nor am I inspected by any state government entity. I am not subject as a Cottage Food Operation to Florida's food safety laws but I do practice them faithfully and I am a certified food handler...again happy to show anyone my credentials...All of my cakes are custom made to order...and I do require a 50% non refundable deposit at least 24 hours before making your cake with the balance to be paid at the time of pick up...without a deposit your cake will not be made...NO EXCEPTIONS... ~Brenda Lee

I am not subject as a Cottage Food Operation to Florida's food safety laws but I do practice them faithfully and I am a certified food safety handler...I am also certified through Wilton in Buttercream, Royal and Fondant Icings as well as Gumpaste...again I am happy to show anyone my credentials...All of my cakes are custom made to order...and I do require a 50% non refundable deposit at least 2 weeks in advance with the balance to be paid at the time of pick up...
