The Cake Studio For over 20 years, Mercedes Tamayo, sole owner of The Cake Studio, has created memorable custom cakes and confections for your wedding or special events.

If any other person tries to claim my business and/or profile, they are a fake! The Cake Studio in Orlando, Florida is owned and operated by Mercedes Tamayo-Blackwell, experienced hospitality professional and cake artist. All of our cakes are custom creations, made to fit the theme of your special celebration. Our gourmet flavors will delight you and your guests and create a memorable experience for all. If you prefer smaller, sweet treats, we also make miniature pastries, cake pops, cake truffles, cupcakes, and French macarons. These too are custom made to suit your special event.
