Over 15+ years as a pastry chef… and while I’m not perfect(but I’m damn good🤭), I’m successful, blessed, and experienced enough to know how to fix a mistake, laugh (or cry) about it, and move on to the next cake. 💁🏽‍♀️🎂

Oh, and did I mention I had back surgery 4 days ago? So if we’re assigning blame, let’s just blame the Oxy. 🥴😂

But can we also give a little credit for baking, icing, showing up in pain, delivering, AND remaking it in less than a hour? Because that’s the part that really matters. ❤️
