I got some frustrating news today…

I finally connected with a client I’ve been trying to reach for quite some time, and we discovered something unexpected—my emails were being filtered into a separate folder on her end. Not spam, just… somewhere else entirely.

She thought I had stopped responding.
I thought the same of her.

After comparing notes, it’s clear this may be related to emails sent through my Wix platform, and I’ll absolutely be looking into it further.

There are so many ways to paint a cake, and the medium makes all the difference.

For this design, I used what I call “gunge”—a liquified fondant that can be piped or brushed on, then dries seamlessly into the cake. No cracking, no peeling, no blemishes.

Have you ever used something like this? I’d genuinely love to know what others are working with.
