*Long post but worth it**

A few months ago, Ar'Jai said (out of the blue) "Ma I want to get baptized" ☺️ I said "And why is that" and he replied "I want to feel God in me" I asked him if he accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior and surrender his life to God. I reiterated accepting the Lord doesn't mean he'd be perfect, but he'd always strive to let others see God in him. HE AGREED.

I left it alone (I was gauging his age and not his heart) until the next month he asks "Ma, did you call Pastor Speas?" I said "Call Pastor Speas for what?" He says "So I can get baptized" 😳🥺

Fast-forward to yesterday...our baby boy GOT BAPTIZED!! OOOOO the tears cried on yesterday!!!! As a parent, my number one priority on this Earth is to protect them at ALL cost and to make sure they have their OWN relationship with God! The seeds sown are rooting in the Lord and I couldnt be more pleased!

Last night we were discussing the Baptism and Ar'Jai says "Ma, after I got out the water and put that robe on I was feeling....." HE COULDNT EXPLAIN THE FEELING, LITERALLY. I asked "did you get a tingle in your heart?" He said "Yes, I felt so different!" I said "That was the Holy Spirit letting you know your request was granted... GOD IS IN YOU!!!"🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

A few days before, ArJai and I wase talking about our neighbors. We love us some them! They are younger parents but our children are the same age. He says "Ma, we (him and our neighbors) have the same personality" I replied "what you mean?" He says "You always playing gospel music and but they play my type of music" I said "🤣🤣🤣 I used to turn up, I still listen to 102 sometimes" **I learned that too much NBA Young Boy for instance, would have me back to the person I used to be 😩 so I choose wisely what and how much, I listen too😌** Last night I brought this back up and said "See, we DO have the same personality. FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST!!!" He hugged me so tight! Ill never forget this day!!! GOD WE THANK YOU 😊 🙌🙏❤️
