The cake I created for my dad. He is a huge fan of my homemade chocolate chip cookies. This cake tastes exactly like a chocolate chip cookie. Complete with a chocolate chip cookie mash filling! It smells like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! My husband came in the kitchen looking for cookies while it was baking! After a year of putting this cake together I finally Nailed the flavor profile for my dad and I am pretty proud of it.
