The supplies have officially been purchased for the commercial kitchen and Babycakes’ Cottage Bakes! 🥹🍪🎉

With every step I take, this dream feels a little more real. From baking at home to getting ready to take Babycakes’ into a commercial kitchen… it’s happening! ❤️

I’m SO excited for what’s ahead and incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way. This is just the beginning! ✨

I’m so excited to finally share that in September, I’ll officially be baking out of a commercial kitchen! 🙌

This is a huge step for me and my little cookie business, and it means I’ll be able to produce more consistently and start getting my cookies out into the community in a bigger way 💛

What this means for you:

My Brown Butter Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookies will soon be available at local shops and businesses (additional flavors to follow once I get in the rhythm).
They’ll be sold individually wrapped, making them perfect for a quick treat, gifting, or grabbing on the go.
Same homemade, from-scratch cookies — just on a larger (and more exciting!) scale

I’ll be sharing locations as they get confirmed, so keep an eye out 👀

Today marks a HUGE milestone for Babycakes' Cottage Bakes! 🎉

I officially passed my commercial kitchen inspection! 🥳

That means I'll officially begin processing cookies commercially this September. It's hard to put into words how I'm feeling—I'm excited, nervous, scared, happy, and incredibly grateful all at the same time.

This journey has been filled with a lot of hard work, learning, and moments of wondering if I'd ever get here. But every step has been worth it, and I can't wait to see where this adventure takes me.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, bought cookies, and believed in this dream. Here's to the next chapter of Babycakes' Cottage Bakes! ❤️🍪

Last week I hit a big milestone! 🎉

I officially completed my technical review for my commercial license! Next Wednesday, the inspector will do the kitchen inspection, and if all goes well, I'll finally be able to officially apply for my commercial license.

This journey has been equal parts exciting, terrifying, overwhelming, and rewarding. So many emotions all at once! Building this business has taken a lot of hard work, patience, and faith, and I'm so grateful to be this close.

Here's hoping for a great inspection next week! Thank you to everyone who has supported Babycakes' Cottage Bakes along the way. It truly means the world to me. ❤️🍪
