The 3 litter was certainly memorable for us this spring. Golden Era was so good here. This is the final male we held back intentionally for MN Purebred Breeders sale Friday. Very high on this guy. The Purdy crew finally brought this guy out for the summer. Reserve Champion Hampshire barrow at MYLE. Tripod x Top Gun. Sold in live Young Guns sale #1. Thanks to the Purdy family for returning to the well. We were happy to learn this one found a great home.

The lone female to be offered from us Sunday in Mason City. Rumble x Grand Entrance. Mother is a proven generator having a son in stud and well received daughters showing up at some well known hampshire herds. Earl told us to retain all the daughters we could from this litter and we plan to. With 6 to pick from we felt we could part with 1. I have mentioned a few times now I should not sell her as she is fun to study. She is plug and play today and feeding ability is high. I encourage you to come see her in person. Next up is another barrow. He comes from our January farrowed group. He is a Rumble x Grand Entrance. Rumble is a boar created by the Lancaster crew in OK. Mother originates from the Dotson firm in MO. We like this one for his presence. Eye catching from the side. He ties that head and neck in at the top of his shoulders. Mommas build and daddy's power and density. Show window on this one is long into the summer and possibly September under the proper management. Stay tuned as big sis debuts next. Who doesn't like a good belted one with a paper this time of year? Tripod x Top Gun. We doubled down on Top gun and also lined up the great grand dam on each side as well. We have a lot of faith in this one. Moderate in his build, flexible in his joints, Stout coming and going, Bone clean and flat. A litter we have enjoyed watching develop.
