Well, children, did you wonder where we've been? Look at your calendar: Christmas is SIX MONTHS AWAY, exactly to the day! This means all the things we've been doing since January we'll need to ramp up--production of more toys, Mrs. Claus will be testing more cookie recipes and is thinking about maybe some homemade candy--Santa has a particular weakness for peanut butter fudge like his Granny Claus used to make. Looking at things to decorate with, inside and out. Adding to our collections of clothes, always keeping mind what you like to see!
So. Six months. You can be a little naughty through the summer months when school is out (we were young once, we remember) as long as you're safe! Wear sunscreen. Look both ways before crossing the street. Be careful with fireworks and wear your bike helmets!
Because, you know, we love you and we want to see each and every one of you six months from now....
