It's Spring Break so that means mini-road trip! A former coworker and I traveled to Charleston where I had a *delicious* key lime pie and bought some juice. So of COURSE I came home and made one!! Fresh out of the oven, going to chill for a few hours, then top with fresh whipped cream! ​

Might be "top 5" favorite desserts EVER!!
