A big shoutout to my sweet neighbor Jody for her order of one of my YUMMY Sourdough Jalapeño Cheddar Loaves! 🧀🌶️🍞

There’s just something about that golden, cheesy crust, melty cheddar, and just the right little kick of jalapeño that makes this loaf SO DARN GOOD! 😋

I’m always grateful when the folks right here in my own little corner of the country support my farmhouse bakery. It means even more when I get to bake something special for a sweet neighbor! ❤️

Her name is DOUGHLENE. 😂❤️

Yep… that bubbly little jar sitting on my counter is the REAL boss lady behind Diamond B Farms Sourdough! 👑🍞

I may be the one measuring, mixing, shaping, baking and cleaning up the kitchen afterward… but let me tell y’all something—Doughlene is the one doing the heavy lifting! 😂

She wakes up hungry, so I feed her.
She gets bubbly when she’s happy. 🫧
She gets moody when the weather changes. 🌦️
She likes attention.
And if I forget to feed her… well, let’s just say she lets me know about it! 🤣

This girl has helped me make everything from those beautiful crusty artisan loaves to focaccia, bagels, and some downright dangerous cookies. 🍪🥖

And honestly, she’s become part of the family around here. ❤️

So the next time you bite into one of my sourdough goodies and think, “Lord, this is GOOD!”…

Y’all know I’m always in my kitchen dreaming up something yummy with sourdough… and today, I just had to make an Everything Bagel Focaccia! 🥯🤎

There’s just something about that soft, fluffy sourdough dough topped with all those delicious everything bagel flavors that makes my heart happy! 🧄🧅✨

I love getting to experiment, try new things, and share all these goodies with y’all. Sometimes the best ideas come from simply thinking, “Hmm… I wonder how this would taste?” 😂🤷‍♀️

When I started this little sourdough journey, I never imagined it would bring so much more into my life than just baking bread.

Because of Diamond B Farms Sourdough, I have made some truly amazing friends and met so many wonderful people. 🥹❤️ What started as a little dream and a love for sourdough has grown into something that means so much more to me than I could have ever imagined.

I am so incredibly thankful for every single person who has placed an order, shared a post, recommended my little business, encouraged me, supported me, or had any part in helping this dream grow. 🍞✨
