Growing up in the backwoods of Brewtons Mill, Louisiana, both my Mother and Grandmother knew how to cook, especially how to bake. Chocolate Pie, Coconut Cake, Strawberry Pecan Cake, Milky Way Cake, Lemon Pound Cake, and Tea Cakes, just to name a few. I have always enjoyed baking as a hobby and it has been a dream of mine to carry on their traditional recipes. Hopefully you all will love our cakes

just as much as we do! I have just recently added some children's clothes to my little business so stay tuned to see what the future holds for Girlie Sue's!

Hey everyone! I will be doing a cake raffle for Summer, Sean, and Grammy to help with expenses for her brain surgery and traveling to San Diego coming up in January! There will be 100 slots for the raffle and each slot will be five dollars each. Pick a number or numbers and comment it below. I will draw 2 numbers and the winners will get a cake of their choice.
