Instead, I’ll be spending the week baking and getting ready for the FINAL Tri-County Market of the season! 🍂

WEEKEND BAKE PREORDERS OPEN TOMORROW!

There are a few new things on the menu this week, and I’m pretty excited about them.

Our regular bagels are back, along with a seasonal Harvest Pumpkin Bagel because apparently September means it’s officially time to start pretending it’s fall.

I’m also introducing Lunchbox Mini Bagels! Smaller versions of our handmade bagels, perfect for little sandwiches, homemade pizza bagels, breakfast, after-school snacks, or tossing in the freezer for busy mornings.

And the Bakery Passport is back!

This week we’re traveling to Finland for Korvapuusti, traditional Finnish cinnamon buns made with soft cardamom dough, cinnamon-sugar filling, and pearl sugar. If you loved the cardamom buns I’ve made before, you’re going to want these.

Of course, our Bavarian-style soft pretzels are sticking around, too. 🥨

Everything is made from scratch in small batches right here at Black Mountain Bakery.

I am back from beautiful Phoenix. I wish I could have stayed there, but it's unfortunately not time to retire just yet.

This week's Bake Menu has been updated a little bit and I'm ready to bake for you this week.

Pick up this week will be at the studio on Friday, or the soccer fields on Saturday morning.

The farm will be taking a little break next week as I drop my second off to college, so be sure to order enough to stock your freezer this week.

Bagels and pretzels freeze and thaw beautifully! And they last several months in the freezer.

Amending my previous post about my upcoming events.

I forgot about my littlest one playing soccer this year! I'm not sure on the other dates at Lattin Farms at the end of October, but I'll let you all know as soon as I know!

*I'm hard at work getting the website set up and ready accept online orders again, and I'll have a plan for ordering baked goods once markets end for the season.

The Tri-County Market is being held indoors this weekend. We will be set up in the Sonoma Room inside Winners.

This will be Kaydence's last market with us, reading tarot for anyone who wishes.

Our booth will be a little bit smaller this weekend, but we'll still have all the yummy bagels, pretzels, cookies and maybe something a little special. Be sure to stop by!!
