“Huge THANK YOU to Jill Ekstrand and her company Jilly Bean's Sweets & Treats for coming in clutch with the last-minute prom save!

Our student prom committee had planned baklava for our “Night in Greece” theme, but between bulk ordering challenges and nut allergy concerns, we had to pivot fast early this week.

One quick call to Jill, and not only did she make it happen, she leveled it up. The cookies were better than I could have imagined and an absolute hit at prom.

And yes, bonus points, we’ve got a few left for staff tomorrow!
