Pick up tomorrow is 10-2

Just took the last load of pies out of the oven for orders today and tomorrow. I have 2 extra apple pear cranberry if your family needs one of these delicious treats.

I will be finishing baking the yule logs by 4 pm today if you still need one of those.

I have a few cakes on hand: 8” eggnog, marble, lemon, coconut, strawberry. 10” marble, carrot, lemon, strawberry.

Cupcakes: almond, chocolate, tuxedo, lemon, strawberry, champagne

Frozen sweet rolls: 1 raspberry 1 cinnamon.

Take and bake cinnamon and raspberry rolls for pick up today need to be placed by noon. Tomorrow orders need to be placed by 9 pm

Dinner rolls for today are done. Tomorrow orders placed by 6 pm.

No cookies are available.

Ho Ho Ho!!!!! I love this Santa. He was picked up by a jolly client who said she was for sure picking up her cake today!!! She did and I’m so happy Santa has a home tonight!! She’s one of those clients who says, “surprise me”. It reminds me of the Santas that used to hang around our home as window ornaments, over the door hangings, cards, etc…vintage 1970’s Santa.

Home made cinnamon or sweet berry rolls would surely make memories! I think Christmas smells like cinnamon and anything baking in the oven, warming the house with a hug. It doesn't matter your age, you KNOW family is coming over and everyone will be happy. It's not about the gifts, it's all about the senses and the feels and the memories you don't even know you are making.

And the most popular Christmas morning sweet…raspberry rolls. These are also baked for you OR take and bake…but the rise can take a little longer. Soooooooo gooooooood. They are my husband’s absolute favorite thing I make ( pumpkin chiffon pie is a very close second) so when a client orders a pan he also gets one. I try to share with neighbors but he tends to horde these ones!! (the icing does spread out...which takes another 10 seconds I guess I did not have in the video)

Cinnamon rolls. Cream cheese icing. Raspberry (or blueberry or tart cherry) rolls. Whipped cream icing. I can bake for you or you pick up Christmas Eve Day to keep in the fridge overnight to rise for 2 hours and then bake for 20 minutes…I won’t tell if you don’t.

A wonderful night for a Holiday Party!!! We have featured chocolate tartlets with gold leaf, cake cups in lemon/lemon curd/ lemon cream cheese icing, almond/raspberry/buttercream, buttermilk chocolate/whipped cream/Oreo topping, Russian tea cakes, peppermint kiss cookies, almond cupcakes, champagne cupcakes, and my favorite…Choux au Craquelin (French puffs filled with pastry cream and a crunchy sugar outside). Assorted vanilla, almond, lemon, strawberry, chocolate, red velvet, tuxedo decorated as Santa hats, trees, wreaths, snowflakes. Can be in any combination of flavors. Kids love these!!! So does your office and (based upon the orders) medical/vet offices.

Both cinnamon and raspberry rolls (also available in blueberry or cherry) can be baked for you or if you need Christmas morning can be picked up 12/24 and risen overnight in the refrigerator for you to bake early 12/25 morning. Cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing and berry rolls with whipped royal icing (icings will be packaged for you if you take and bake).

The first eggnog cakes of the season just came out of the oven. What a beautiful smell!!!! I also made the eggnog cream cheese icing to slather all over tomorrow morning before this cake goes to make some smiles complete after a dinner party.

Gobble Gobble Gobble!!!!!! Calling all kids who don't love pie...CUPCAKES JUST FOR YOU!!!
