🍞 My Sourdough Starter Comeback! ❤️
After nearly 2 years in dried storage, my sourdough starter came back to life in just 8 days! Feeding it about 10g once a day, even while traveling to NC. 🎉
I never imagined all my fresh backup starters and refrigerated mother starter would fail. Thankfully, my dried starter saved the day!
Lesson learned: Always keep backup starters in different forms! ❤️🍞
