Never say never, I've had an intense week learning Authentic Italian Cookies and I love making them. Each one is unique with ground nuts or almond flour or polenta, its fun to work with a bunch of new ingredients that I didn't grow up with. I said I'd never make cookies, but when they're a link to another culture, I'm in. Here are 9 of the 14 doughs I made, and the cookies came out perfect.
