This was an order I delivered today. The lady who ordered it only likes plain and then she adds strawberry pie filling. I can't just send off a cheesecake all naked, so, with her blessing, I piped on some stabilized whipped cream and dropped a strawberry right in the middle. The stem was kind of ugly so I added a tiny bit of green food coloring. 🤫😉 @ Wi******er, Virginia
